Nowadays,most people prefer to eat junk food and desserts which contains a lot of calories and fat.Also they offers only bad things to our organism.
In my opinion,we shouldn't eat junk food and desserts and we must include in our diet a variety of vegetables and fruits.fish,meat,cheese,milk and ornge juise,because they offer a lots of god and healthy nutriens and vitamins.Also,many desserts and junk food contain too much sugar which is bad to our teeth and skin,they contain saturated fat and,they can lead to heart desease.They have got calories.They are the main reasons why we ought to avoid these foods.If someone eats only these foods,he will become fat,weak and sick.He will lack energy and he will suffer from obesity.
In conclusion I agree with this statement and i think that young people ought to avoid these foods because they will have a better life!
